Where a service requires a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), appropriate agreements and safeguards must be established before relevant protected health information is handled.

Website hosting is provided through AWS Lightsail and business email is handled through Google Workspace. Pages currently load fonts from Google Fonts, which involves requests from your browser to Google. Quotation records are stored in a private WordPress database and can be removed through authorized administrative procedures. The current manual purge threshold is 180 days; this is not an automatic deletion schedule or a guaranteed maximum retention period. Copies in email and backups may have separate retention periods.

Cookies and Website Technologies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for functionality, security, and user preferences. The quotation form saves draft answers in sessionStorage in the current browser tab. The application permits restoration for up to two hours from the last save; this does not guarantee that the browser physically erases the draft at that exact time. You may use Clear saved answers to remove the draft from that tab.

While you type in the business street-address field with Geoapify autocomplete enabled, partial street-address text is sent through our server to Geoapify to suggest complete addresses in the United States. Requests begin after at least four characters and a brief typing pause. Selecting a suggestion fills the street, city, state and ZIP fields for you to review. Separate contact-name, email, phone, healthcare and project-description fields are not sent in these requests. The separate suite or unit field is preserved as entered and is not sent or verified. You may ignore suggestions and enter the address manually. Suggestions do not establish USPS delivery-point verification, postal deliverability, occupancy or business ownership. Geoapify and its address-data providers process the search text under their applicable privacy policies.

If USPS address validation is enabled and you request an address check, only the business street address, suite, city, state and ZIP Code are sent through our server to USPS for standardization and delivery-point checks. You can review corrections before applying them or continue with manual entry. A standardized address alone does not guarantee delivery or confirm business ownership.

If additional analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies are implemented, the related disclosures and applicable privacy choices will be updated.

Privacy Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your inquiries.

Requests will be evaluated under applicable law, subject to identity verification and legitimate retention requirements.
